360 to A New Account Data Transfer

I have an old Xbox 360 account and my current account that I'm posting this question on. I don't want to redo all of my progress and saves on this account so I wondering if I could transfer the data? The 360 account has no email linked to it and I want to be able to transfer my data from my 360 account to my current account. Is that possible or no?

My bad, I probably didn't put enough detail into my question but,

I understand that if you log on with that same account you would have your progress, my "new" account already has around 3-4 years worth of data from the xbox one era of gaming. I specified "new" because it is newer compared to my old 360 account I made around 2011, I wasn't smart at the time and just made another account with my email linked this time.

Hello, if you have a new console you would log in with that gamertag and password from the 360 account. If your trying to start a whole new gamertag none of the old progress would transfer off. You would start fresh and new.
