360 games

okay so when are the games we own from our 360 going to be playable on xbox1? So far ONLY the crappy free games released each month can be played. I want to play my too human, call of duty, and need for speed games but for some reason the free games are
all xbox are concerned about.. News flash...they suck...release games people actually like and play.

It looks like these prices are basically the same as the xbox 360

Looking at Blockbuster - they list most games with an RRP of £49.99. EA games have an RRP of £54.99

Does 360 still do trials of arcade games? Its exactly the same game on 360/xbo apparently.

 

I don't think it's as easy as you'd think to make games BC, they would have to agree it with publishers first.

Personally think a lot of Publishers may not do BC as they can then not do HD Remasters.

 

Just play them on a 360, problem solved

 

they have released games that are not from GWG also, and they have to agree with publishers as it is all down to them due to licencing.

 

News flash, I've liked & enjoyed quite a few of the gwg titles as have many others so don't think they suck.

CoD & NFS games suck in my opinion.

You'll be waiting forever for Too Human to be made backwards compatible after everything that happened with that game & it's developers.

As mentioned,if your that desperate to play 360 games then why not buy a 360?

 

Yeah I'm still waiting for Far Cry 2 and 3 and Medal of Honor Warfighter and Bad Company 2. Yet we get lame games I don't even give a hoot about. I got my 360 in the storage bin since I moved out of state and way back before I moved they hyped up lots
of 360 games will be backward compatible. Heck where's that second big wave of another 100? Now it's tiny waves of a couple and they don't really advertise them. We have to search them on xbox.com. I didn't even know about Galaga till I read it here. Also
if I dont game daily I don't check my games installs either. Also if its a backward compatible and I have the disc I wouldn't know till I research online what we got.

 

I'd rather play them on my xb1 and I'm pretty sure a large majority will agree, the 360 won''t render the graphics that the xb1 will. Personally I think Microsoft should have upgraded/updated it's hardware on the 360 rather than changing consoles for the
3rd time. I shouldn't have said the other games sucked since it's really an opinion that an individual has about each said game. However since the move has been made to xb1 then it's good karma to make all xbox games compatible with its new predecessor.

 

It may be good karma but it is probably not going to happen where every 360 game is BC

 

as has been said countless times, games will be made BC if the developer wants them BC, there are licencing issues and not just with the developers, also with game music, voices etc etc, as they are making them playable on a completely different system
to which they were originally licenced to be on.
