    Hi,

    So recently I booted up my Xbox to find that multiple of my 360 backwards compatible titles, particularly the ones that I received years ago through Xbox Live Gold, are now claiming I do not own the licenses to them. I checked my Xbox 360 to make sure I didn't transfer the licenses to that console and can confirm that I'm prompted to purchase them on that console too. Is there any particular reason for this? Any way to fix it? I went through my order history and the listings don't go back past 2018, and I claimed these games in 2016-17. I last played them maybe a month ago so this is very recent, do I just not own these games anymore?

    P.s. I've already tried a hard reboot and resetting the console, neither worked.

    Can't download 360 gold game at xbox.com/gameswithgold

    Dirt 3 is no longer available for free through Games with Gold (offer ended for that game on November 15th). You are free to purchase the game though an Xbox 360 or Xbox.com if you'd like to play it.

    Any XBOX One game that you got from games with gold will no longer be usable. Any XBOX 360 games that you got WILL be usable, and any games you purchased with or without a discount will be available.

    Game Pass isn't available for the Xbox 360, its currently available on the Xbox One in its "beta" for PC. However, if you have Xbox Live Gold you can still enjoy the bi-monthly free games through Games with Gold on the Xbox 360 console.

    It may be time to upgrade to an Xbox One if you haven't already! Lol. :)

    Xbox One games with gold are usable by you when you have an active gold subscription and have redeemed them. If your subscription ends, you will have to buy the game or resubscribe to xbox live gold to use them again. There is no
    way to redeem a past xbox live game with gold when it is no longer available for redemption.

    Xbox 360 games with gold are different - you own those whether you have xbox live gold or not - on xbox one and xbox 360.

    Did you receive this game through Games with Gold? If you no longer have an active Xbox Live subscription, you will no longer have access to any of the Xbox One games you acquired. Have you checked your account billing history to verify the purchase of
    the missing game?
