360 games on Xbox one question

I just was curious, for the backward compatibility...can I buy 360 games directly from my xb1? As in will there be a section in the xb1 store dedicated to compatible 360 games. Because I (probably like many others) got rid of my 360 since having my xb1.
So it would be a bummer if I needed a 360 to be able to purchase the games to play on my xb1.

You can't pre download games for the Xbox one because the Xbox one isn't out yet plus you can only play 360 games on 360 you can't play 360 games on the Xbox one an I'm not sure about your other question

 

A Question on Backwards Compatibility for Downloaded 360 games.

I'm very excited for Backwards Compatibility coming to Xbox One. I have a question on using Xbox 360 games on the Xbox One. I downloaded several great games on the Xbox 360 using its downloading service. I loved it because I didn't need to go out to the
store to get new or older games. My question is will I be able to transfer the game data from the Xbox 360 to the Xbox One? For example, could I transfer the data from the Xbox 360 HDD to a personal external hard drive, and then plug in the drive to the Xbox
One and play the game? If not, will there be another method to play games downloaded onto an Xbox 360 HDD on the Xbox One?

 

I'm not sure if they will add them to the store on the One, but you can purchase them from xbox.com

 

Depends region locks are still in effect meaning the small amont of games that require a console check sill still be there

Xbox has said you can purchase it from the site baring the region issues

To get past the console check you bees a compatible 360 console to your region

You just need to login once from a friemds or a rented console

 

Region locks are set by the publishers so not much ms can do about it
