360 games aren't working

Discus and support 360 games aren't working in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I can't buy any BC games in the store, nor on the browser.     I can't buy any BC games in the store, nor on the browser. And all the games I've already purchased won't conenct online. What's going on?

    Games aren't working

    They have not given a timeline but they are working hard on this issue. I know ambassadors have posted this but if you go to Xbox Live Service Status | Xbox Live Service Outage you can see the status and sign up for alerts, so you get notified when Xbox is
    back to 100%.

    Hello. I am sorry you are having this issue. First, you may want to make sure you are still currently subscribed to an Xbox Gold membership. Another suggestion is to try re-downloading your profile on to your 360, accessed at the sign out screen. *Note*
    Have your Microsoft account log in details handy.

    If you are trying to buy BC games via the Xbox One console you need to have a payment method in place for that store, either a card or PayPal. Without that payment method in place you can't buy or download. You also should be able to buy directly from a
    360 console.

    For the other issue, try going into settings and clearing the 360 cache and see if that helps.

    360 BC games previously downloaded shouldn't require Gold, only the Xbox One games do.
