360 GAMERPIC DRIVING ME INSANE!

So recently Microsoft added the ability to use your old 360 gamer pics, the only problem I’m having is that I had one from about a year ago and a few days ago I changed the picture on my 360, when I went back on my series x the preview for the gamer pic was the new one which I want it to be and so I chose it, but every time no matter what when I equip the gamerpic it reverts back to my old pic! The preview is always the new one but only on Xbox one does it revert, when I launch 360 games on the new console the picture I want comes up, when I go on my 360 the picture comes up but as soon as I equip it onto my Xbox one profile it reverts to the old one for no reason… this is driving me insane please help!!’

Hi, I wish I could send a video or something but it changes on everything but Xbox one, it changes first time on 360, same with 360 games run on Xbox one and when I go to change It on Xbox one and the Xbox app it previews correctly however whenever I equip it, it loads then changes back to the old one it’s so weird I have no idea what’s wrong with it, btw the gamerpic I want is just a 360 avatar pic with my mlg hat lol.

Please, let me know if it works.

I have tested with mine, and it worked without an issue, I swapped my original one and it updated across the XBOX ecosystem.

Thanks, I’ll try this but it also happens when I try to change the gamerpic on the Xbox app? It seems to be a problem with the Microsoft servers like the picture refuses to update?

This seems like a cache issue.

You can reset your console, it might fix this issue.

Please, follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games & apps.
