360 exclusive published by Microsoft not back compat - Circle of Doom

So far Korean developed Kingdom under Fire: Circle of Doom is not bc. Now I'm aware of Microsoft saying 'devs need only contact us'. And I'm aware this topic has been posted before (found 2 results, from 2019 and 2021 respectively).

I'd like to add:

1. Circle of Doom was a 360 exclusive, at the time appropriately published by none other than Microsoft.

2. It's bound to be a game that profits from new hardware, even without any additional wizardry (FPS boost, HDR).

3. To me it's not good enough to keep stating 'devs need only contact us', it almost makes me wonder how Microsoft managed to achieve all these contract exclusives back in the day, maybe devs were simply tripping over each other trying to line up at Microsoft's door? Anyways licence is not a concern here, so I'm not really sure why I don't see Microsoft contacting Blueside. Blueside appear to be still around and in business though keeping a low profile with not much activity.

4. Also if you can think of any other non-licence exclusive (especially 360) that's not bc as of yet, please post. Let's see about Microsoft being done with taking care of the bc library, shall we?

The Xbox 360 & 0g Xbox back compat program has now ended. No new games will be added to the BC catalogue anymore.

Ok, I need a little more information.

Is the game available for back compatability, not all 360 games are available, Check the store to see if it is.

Where is this message coming from, Microsoft (xbox) or the the game publisher.?

Not all Xbox 360 games are back-compatible with Xbox One. Here's how the process works, in general.

In order to make the game back-compatible, Microsoft must be able to generate a compatible file for use on Xbox One, AND (most importantly) it must have the permission of the game's publisher, which appears to be Ubisoft. Since this is a licensed property,
that makes the challenge a bit harder, as Ubisoft may no longer have the rights to publish a video game in the "Avatar" franchise; it could have been renegotiated in advance of the upcoming films in the series.

It went to publishers who already have the game on the One having no reason to allow backward compatibility of the same game from the 360. Remember it is the publisher who says if Microsoft are allowed to make it compatible.

At the end you just repeat exactly what I've been saying.
