Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately, Viewing your Download history on your console, or your purchase history on the website are the only ways to view your 360 titles :
View your Xbox Live download history on your computer or Xbox 360 console

Hey mate, if you're on a different console and not on the gamertag that originally downloaded it, you probably need to transfer the licenses and then re-download from your download history.

Transfer licenses:
support.xbox.com/.../download-content

Download History:
support.xbox.com/.../view-download-history
