360 Console has Service Alert when all services show up xbox.com and Live profile won't login

You see the following error when connecting to Xbox Live on your Xbox 360 console:

• 8007007A

This may mean one of the following:

• The billing information for your account needs to be updated.
• The cache information on your Xbox console needs to be refreshed.
• There’s a problem with your connection to Xbox Live.

Error 8007007A occurs when connecting to Xbox Live, this might help.

How are you connected? Is it wired connection to the 360 or wireless? And if wireless is it an adapter or is it a model with it built in?

Also, sorry for all the questions, but where does the service alert pop up? Is it present for you when you sign into the
Xbox status page?

The console is wireless built-in. The service alert appears when testing the connection with Xbox live service in the networks settings. The service alert does not, however, appear when I sign in on the Xbox status page that you linked to.

A subset of users are unable to connect to Xbox LIVE.

Keep an eye on the
service status page. When the Xbox Live Service is Up and Running, you'll be able to re-download your profile.

There is a service alert up for backward compatibility and the Xbox 360 console. Keep checking the status page for updates xbox.com/status
