viasat is now blocking our updates and hotspots being limited its impossible to do these huge 35 gig updates we need a way to eirher download these with out phones unlimited plan and transfer them to the console or you need to use varing download servers
so the isps cant block your downloads. also why does xbox not support a vpn. as it stands right now the sysyem is broken. you alse need to put a limit on the size of updates. vendors should be able to merge code nor redownload the

game

Hey GENERAL ZOD,

At this time there is not a way to download the update via a zip file for USB or disk. You will need to connect your console to the internet to download the update.

If you need a Title Update for a game, you would need to connect your console to LIVE to download it. There is no way to download this to a USB device I'm afraid.
