33% off of Gold isn't working

I am having trouble getting the discount of 33% on my xbox dashboard. When I click on the deal it takes me to gold but only offers 12 months to me for 60 dollars. Is there a way to fix this?

Which game are you seeing this pricing error? If you visit the game on Xbox.com do you see the correct sale price there?

I have the offer of £26.50 yet when I go to purchase it the drop down option shows £40, is there a way to fix this?

Hi Joel,

Thanks for your post, sometimes deals that are advertised on the console can stay after the deal period has ended. I recommend running a hard reset on your console to correct this. Here are the steps:

Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds(while on)

After 10 seconds release the power button (console should be off)

Press the power button as normal to power the console back on

This should refresh the dashboard, additionally to view current information on prices for Xbox Live Gold view the Microsoft Store for them. Here's a link:

I called them up earlier to cancel my 3 month gold renewal and was offered 12 months gold with 33% knocked off. It works out at £26.50 so not a bad price really.
