33% off deal not working

So on my dash board there is a exclusive offer for 12 month Xbox live gold for 33% making it $39.99. When I click on it and go to renew gold now it says it's gonna charge me $59.99. Why is the $39.99 offer not there when I go to the offer? Please help. P.s.
this problem is on Xbox one

On my dashboard there is a “You’ll want to see this deal” icon. When you click on it offers 1 years xbox live for £26.50.

When you click the renew gold now button it takes you to the the renewal page but with no option for the £26.50.

Can anyone help?

The season pass will eventually be on the deal of the week at either 25% or 33% off, that's when I will consider it being worth it. I think it took 2 months for the rockstar Season pass to be on the deal of the week.
