30k after buying Xbox One S, not 50k... Why ?

Apologies, looks like there is an issue with that Credit event's coding. We'll manually add another event for 20,000 to bring the balance up to 50,000. Sorry about that!

Ah right, well I also saw the one about upgrading worth 30k reward points. I thought that was for current XB1 owners upgrading to XB1-S and the other that I mentioned worth 50k for 360 owners upgrading to a brand new XB1/XB1-S.

Not exactly their finest hour in clarity. Still I expect some points coming my way as the offer was the only reason I chose to upgrade and buy it direct from Microsoft - even if its the lower 30k amount.

you want to close the CruellestChimp4 account and have your Rewards account default to Dr Treye? If so, we can adjust in the 50k into that account after we disable CruellestChimp4.

The 50,000 credits offer was not available to everyone. If you were not chosen for that offer, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits. You would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order to have support check your eligibility.

Once you have at least 5,000 credits pending, they are automatically deposited into your Microsoft account balance as currency by the following 15th or 30th of the month. Once it's been deposited, you can use your balance to purchase games and other content
on the Xbox store.

I have the credits automatically deposited but now when I go to purchase games at the Microsoft store I don't see that balance. Do I need to do this on my xbox?
