30,000 Rewards Points Missing

December 1, 2016 I received an email saying if I ordered an Xbox Design Lab customized wireless controller by December 17th I'd receive 15,000 Rewards Credits. I ordered it on the 8th. Didn't receive any points for a couple days and went to xbox support.
Talked to a girl and she stayed in contact with me for a while. Told me to go check out this other thing on the rewards page that was for 15,000 (she probably didn't really know how to help) - that other thing was the past, present, and future thing. Can't
exactly remember what it exactly was for. So I ended up deciding to do that because the 15,000 from the controller said it was pending (which then disappeared shortly after). But like I said I ended up buying 3 games for the past, present, future (I got
Rise of the Tomb Raider, Gears of war 4 and Ghost Recon - all gold editions I believe) and haven't received points for those either. I probably shouldn't have spent all this money haha. but I figured 15,000 is around how much you need to get 3 months of xbox
Live so I might as well, plus I want to play all these games ha. So I was just wondering if this is a known problem and if I will be able to get these rewards credits or not.

Missing 20,000 points

When I upgraded from my Xbox one to Xbox one s I was supposed to get 50,000 rewards points. I was only rewarded 30,000 points which was offered for upgrading from xbox to xbox one. I am missing 20,000 points.

Credits are not immediately placed into your Microsoft Account on completion of an offer. It takes time to process Credits for deposit. Credits are initially placed as pending in your Rewards Account. These pending, un-deposited Credits can be reviewed from
your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. I see that both your 15,000 for the Design Labs controller offer and your Rewards Story completion are currently pending in your account.

These pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month
deposit the following month. Since your Credit events were around the 21st, you should expect to see them deposited as usable currency into your Microsoft Account in the mid-month deposit cycle in January.

Once credits are deposited into your account, the Rewards program no longer has access to them. You would need to continue working with billing for assistance.

Unfortunately, once Credits are deposited as currency into your Microsoft Account, we no longer have any control or visibility over them. You would have to reach out to Xbox billing support (http://support.xbox.com/contact-us)
for more assistance. This is outlined in our Terms and Conditions, which states that currency in your Microsoft Account expires after one year:

Cash awarded and deposited into your Account from Rewards Credits during the Program must be redeemed within one (1) year, or it will expire. Any cash awarded and deposited remaining in your Account after the expiration period described above will be forfeited
without compensation.

Note that this is a general Microsoft rule for promotional currencies, such as our Rewards Credits.

by making qualifying digital purchases in the Microsoft Store. For full details on the Rewards available, please see the Terms and Conditions.

Activity done before being a Rewards member is not eligible for Rewards. Since you have not had any MyAchievements promotions since you registered on the fourth of October, you are not eligible for Gems from going up a MyAchievement rank.

Just another point and one worth noting. You can exchange Gold Membership Rewards for Game Pass Ultimate on a 3:2 conversion.

Therefore rather than paying 35,000 points for 3months Ultimate you can buy 2x 3Months Gold for 30,000 and get 4months Ultimate.

Saves you 5000 points and you get an extra month.
