Discus and support 3 years and no resolution.....this is very disappointing..... in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have posted this problem on 12-9-14, 1-29-16, 4-22-16, 5-12-16 and now today on 10-4-17.     3 years and no resolution.....this is very disappointing.....


    I have posted this problem on 12-9-14, 1-29-16, 4-22-16, 5-12-16 and now today on 10-4-17. Here is the answer from a year ago and still no solution, I would think I have shown patience, but enough is enough........3 YEARS TO GET
    A SOLUTION, HAVE I NOT BEEN PATIENT??????

    Unfortunately, our other team has still not provided us with a solid time of estimation for resolving this issue. Due to the uncertainty involved in coding, especially on an entire database, they are still working on creating a solution that will solve the
    problem for the subset of users affected by this issue, without making the issue worse or causing it to spread. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your continued patience while we await word from our other team.

    Can I get an answer / solution / satisfaction.........please?

    We have spent over 3 1/2 hrs on the phone to support - still no resolution to the problem - have been told 2 days to 2 weeks before they may get back to us with a fix for the problem. We too tried everything and no luck :-( Very Disappointing .....

    I was planning to buy DLC Pack 4 this weekend and now 1,2 & 4 are no longer available, but 3 is! Very disappointing!

    Cannot download Gears 5 on Windows 10

    About 3 months in I still have errors for most downloads.

    Don't worry I only brought 3 years.

    Very disappointed.

    No help tried several channels!!!

    Lord of the Rings: War in the North is a huge pile of crap that fails on every level to me, yet in a there are members on this forum who think it is a good game.

    Gears of War 3 may very well be the worst game of the year for some people for the very reason they did find it a disappointing ending to the trilogy.
