3 Refund Requests denied.

Please, please, please please give me my money back. I have been thrown around by EA, thrown around by microsft.

I have purchased an in game currency and didn't receive the items. Microsoft have said that its EA's problem, EA are saying its microsfts problem. I am with end now because I tried to buy more and still didn't receive them... so I have wasted about £160
on items I haven't received or gotten help from.

Your refund policy is shocking to say the least if not slightly illegal at the same time. I don't walk into a shop and buy 2 pieces of clothing and the shop turn around and say you can only return 1 item for a refund?? They have to by law give you your money
back.

Please help me out with this. Microsoft is a multi billion dollar company and you're stealing money from the little people.

I have responded to the emails of the refund requests I got denied, no answer!!!! I have posted on social media and no answer!!! I tried to calling but the robot on the other end of the phone just says please hang up after selecting a few options.

I can't select a call back, maybe you guys are sick and tired of dealing with me and have blocked my number but I really want my money back for items that I didn't receive. Like I said EA are giving me the run around and so are you. If I don't get the money
back then I'm going to trading standards and citizens advice because this is a lot of money to me.

Go to the contact us and click on live chat and then type speak with an agent and that will get in touch with a human in xbox. Some of us are only normal people with no powers at all.

This is a community based forum so no one here would have access to your account to fix your refund. If you requested a refund and it was denied, you would have to try replying to the email you received denying the refund request to contact the refund specialists. If they approved the refund, it can typically take 3 to 5 business days to receive the request but can take longer depending on the bank.

So what I can do now? I'm in disaggreament so whats my options?

I have done:

1. Request a refund - denied because of some digital purchase [mod removed]

2. Request a refund with the second order number - denied because of refund limit

3. Answered back on those "refund denial" mail, nobody answering

i requested a refund for cyber punk 3 days ago and it was denied. now Microsoft decided to give full refunds for the game like ps4 did. when i try to get my money back it says refund was denied, how do i fix this problem..?!?

I think that people are allow one refund request as it says below Microsoft reserves the right to deny any refund request. best to call support.

"All refunds must be requested at the same time through customer support (i.e. one refund request per customer). Proof-of-purchase documentation may be required. Microsoft reserves the right to deny any refund request that it deems to be fraudulent."
