If you're not able to see nothing in your accounts, in these situations the best option is dispute the charge directly with your bank and ask them for a refund.

Because it seems that someone is using your payment information without your knowledge/authorization

To avoid this situation in the future, I can advice you to ask them to give you a new card and delete the old one as well

I would guess that this charge is for a 1 month XBox Live subscription.

Did you recently purchase Live under a discounted promotion? If so, all of those promotions will revert to a monthly ongoing charge at the end of the promotion period.

You can try also to go to http://account.microsoft.com/subscriptions and see if any of your subscription have
Auto Renew enabled

You can try contacting support and speak to billing http://support.xbox.com/contact-us however, if you don't have access to the account it's tied to, you'll most likely need to dispute it with your card company.
