hi I have 3 preorders that have released but no sign of points, titanfall 2,mafia3,watchdogs2 can you please help?

Hi I preordered mafia3,titanfall 2 and watchdogs 2 all have been released but my points have not shown up, also why do the rewards on the missions always add up to less than 10 percent of what I spend? Can you please help?

March Punchcard Points not Pending

I completed 3 preorders for the punchcard ending March 31st for 15,000 points. They are not listed as pending. Where are my points?

ya i preordered from gamestop. i traded 7 games to get minecraft and 4000 microsoft points and decided to preorder. looking forward to it. halo is my second fav series of all time. original 3 spyro games from 90s are my fav.

I looked into this for you and, according to the Mission information at rewards.xbox.com , you need to preorder 3 games to receive the 15,000 points.

If your preorder was cancelled, then you are not entitled to the preorder content. It doesn't matter if it had downloaded at some point.

I know that I preordered the game and i saw that you get the preorder bonus and the elite pack bonuses and 3 days early but the 3 days early are for preordering it period. i hope this helps
