    Pre ordered : 1- Sniper Elite 4 2- Ghost Recon Wildlands and 3- Mass effect Andromeda super deluxe , however my punch card says ZERO , I pre ordered on this account , account is same on xbox live as well as Microsoft store, I got all 3 on my xbox one
    in the store, does it matter where I bought them for the punch card? Already got screwed out of my 5th star so it would be nice if I don't get screwed out of this offer.

    Xbox rewards pre-order mission

    There was a mission to pre-order 3 games and get 15k credits. I pre-ordered resident evil, wildlands, and mass effect. I never received any credits and now I see that mission is gone....help

    Forza 7 Sweepstakes Rewards Credits Issue

    Hello Evolved360,

    The Credits were only for pre-orders/orders made during the offer period. Since you pre-ordered in August, you only received keys (Sweepstakes entries), and not Credits.

    Hello Diamond Descent,

    We have not had a 10,000 Rewards Credits offer for pre-orders, with the exception of our September Gears of War pre-order offer. You may be thinking of our 15,000 Credit MicrosoftStore.com pre-order offer that we had up until this year. However, that offer
    requires the purchase of a physical pre-order copy off of MicrosoftStore.com. Since your pre-orders were digital, they were not eligible for that offer.

    The only thing pre-orders are currently eligible for is the Games on Demand offer. Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, as referenced in our FAQ.

    Hi GDane. There was no offer that awarded for pre-ordering Forza 6. Credits for pre-ordering Forza 7 are only awarded if it was pre-ordered or purchased during the offer period. Since your pre-order was made in June, it does not qualify for the Credits.
    We are looking into the keys for your pre-order. Hang tight for those.

    Hi NASHER1321! We see your pre-order for Destiny 2 that was made in May. There was no offer that awarded for pre-orders except for the Games on Demand Pre-Order offer in which you had to make 3 pre-orders between April 1 - June 30 to qualify for Credits.
    Currently, we are running another round for the Games on Demand Pre-Order offer that runs from July 1 - September 30. If you make two more pre-order purchases on qualifying games before September 30, you'll earn 15,000 Credits. To check out the mission, visit

    Hi Hurlamania. You pre-ordered Forza 7 on August 29, 2017. The offer started on September 18th. You qualified for the plays, but the pre-order was not eligible for the Rewards Credits. Pre-orders had to be made during the offer period for the Rewards Credits.
