online purchase that had to be made from the console to get the v-bucks code. Hope this helps.

If the vbucks were part of a promotion with the prepaid code you purchased, there would either have been an additional code with the card or you would need to contact the retailer you purchased it from to get a code from them. Otherwise, the promotion
through Xbox requires that the subscription be purchased with a credit card, so prepaid cards would not be eligible.

Give it a good 2 weeks (business days) to show up. Should be soon!
