    I have the same problem. I bought the 3 months xbox live subscription with 3 months free on June 15, 2018. I have contacted support and all I get is the run around and eventually someone saying that they don't have the "tools" to help me and then send
    me somewhere else and then get the same response before. I opened a claim with my bank for fraud as looking at these forums, they continually have a problem with this.
