I purchased 2 x 3 Month Xbox Live codes during the buy 3 months get a bonus 3 months free.

I'm yet to receive my bonus codes, when I raised the issue with live chat they pointed me here.

Can you please assist?

Hi, I purchased 3 Month Xbox Live from microsoft AU website on 07/06/2018 when you have 'buy 3 months get a bonus 3 months free' promotion.

I'm yet to receive my bonus codes by email, when I raised the issue with live chat they pointed me here.

I have gold. 3 months plus a bonus month. Its saying that im not gold on my Xbox Live Rewards.

I purchased on June 15 and still have not received the free three months either. Terms and conditions said 10 business days until I receive the code. It has been well over this. I have contacted various customer service reps with always being told they
cannot help me and sending me to different reps. I even contacted via Twitter for help. No resolution yet.

Have you checked all of your email folders? Seems to be many people with the same issue.

So according to this you will receive a message from Xbox Live on or around October 31st, 2017.
