3 Months of Xbox Live for 40% off and $500K in-game cash for GTA Online (Never gotten anything)

I bought 3 months of Xbox Live a while ago during a promotion and it gave me 3mo of Xbox Live for $15 and it would send me a code for me to get $500K in-game cash for GTA Online. I got the Xbox Live, but I never got the in-game cash. Can somebody help me?

GTA V money

I bought that special offer for Xbox live where you get 500k in GTA online for purchasing 3 months of gold, and it said it would send the Cash to my "message center". I am yet to get any message or money online. Can anyone help?

I bough the 40% off 3 months xbox live deal that also gives you GTA dollars.

I have acquired the promotional 40% off 3 months Xbox Live deal that was also offering in game currency for GTA Online, I got the subscription however I never received the 500.000 GTA Dollars. I have contacted the Xbox Live Chat
Support however they said they are powerless to do anything about this and that I need to post here, please assist.

I've just purchased 12 months Gold through an ad on my dashboard which said 'Get RB6:Siege on us when you buy Live through this link'. Anyway, I read all the fine print and it did say they'd send the code to my messages at some point before 12/15/2017, (so
just over a month from now); I'm assuming this is because Gold can be refunded within 30 days? Idk, but it'd be sweet if they could send the code sooner than later... Anyway, the offer was 12 months of Live Gold and they'll include 'Rainbow Six: Siege' all
for $59.99. Almost bought a 12 month code from NewEgg for just $50, but enjoy this game on PC and figured why not for the extra ten dollars.

Anyone else getting an offer for Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege with in-dashboard purchase of 12 mo's Gold via ad--link on the Xbox home screen?

I hade 500k in storymode and online but i should have 1m because i owned the game on 360 to and i should have gotten 500k in story and online to beacause of that.
