3 months gold promotion plus 3 months gold token

Hi

3 months ago on january 24th 2018, I purchased an offer which was 3 months plus a 3 month token of Xbox live gold, and I still have not received the token to this day. I have not been provided a token and I have to now not play on Xbox as I do not have any
gold as it has not been sent to me.

I have just been in a live chat and I was told to post a forum post on here. I purchased the gold for the account and it was purchased with an iPad.

Still no 3 month token

i bought 3 months of gold when a promotion was active where if you bought 3 months you get an additional 3 months free by march 15th, 2018. However no token has been delivered to my xbl messages yet though.

Hi. I January 2018 I bought a 3 months gold membership which at the time was due to come with an extra 3 month token as a promotion.

Token was due vuie email by 15th March 2018 but never received it. Can anyone help?

I would like to start playing online again so can I purchase a 3 month gold membership and then cancel it so I get my money back and get to play while I wait for my token? Even if it means I can take away the time waited from the 3 months token length?
