3 months free when purchase 3 months xbox live

In January there was a promotion when you buy 3 months xbox live you get 3 free. I haven't received this and have contacted the help centre - proof of contact [Mod Removed]. They said i need to post on here for you will be able to help me and get my 3 months
free.

3 months of Xbox Live Gold for buying 3 months

Hi, I recently seen a promotion for Xbox Live to get 3 months of Gold for buying 3 months. So I went on my xbox and paid for 3 months. What I'm wondering is did I mess up and purchase the wrong way? Is it only buying it from the website that you get the
free 3 months? And if so is there anyway to fix this? I really wanted the free 3 months. I usually pay for one month at a time but I decided to buy 3 months for the promotion. Also it says that you should receive the code for 3 free months within 10 days of
purchase and it's been 10 days now and I haven't received anything.

 

I purchased 3 months Xbox live during promotion but I have not received my free 3 months yet

I purchased 3 months Xbox live on 22/01/18 when there was a promotion of a further 3 months free. Over 6 months on I have yet to receive my free 3 months yet. This is despite numerous promises by Xbox Support that the matter was in hand.
