3 months free NOT applied

on feb 2,2018 there was a promotion for buy 3 months, get 3 months free. When I clicked the link to purchase it brought me to a payment page where I paid via PayPal. No other options were given. I purchased a3 month PREPAID which did not qualify for the
free 3 months. I wasn’t never give this option and now I don’t have my free 3 months

Purchased buy 3 months, get 3 months free. Yet to receive the 3 months free code.

Not received promotion after purchase in Game store??

Bought a 3 month subscription from Game in January was suppose to get 3 months free however it expires this month, no free 3 months??

Hey PiNK CLaM DiiP! Unfortunately that promotion expired January 30th, to be eligible you would need to purchase the 3 month Xbox Live Gold before that time. Thanks!

You make no sense, you say three months by one month free then they charge me after 3 months? The thing says bloody 3 months free nothing about being charged after the 3 months.
