3 months free groove music

I purchased a month pass on august 17th. I talked with a support agent and they confirmed I am eligible for the 3 months free. I checked both emails spam/junk folders too. nothing yet. On my One it says the next billing payment will be Sept 24th. Im hoping
to get the code before then..

Signed up for groove music free trial and still haven't received a code for extended 3 month period.

I signed up for groove music free trial as a first time subscriber a month ago from now when the offer for 3 more free months of groove music was available. Upon signing up they told me that I would receive 3 free months of groove music for free as a code
in email. However I have not received the code as of yet, it's been 30 days now since I signed up for groove music free trial. Please help me with this issue as soon as possible.

I got the offer of taking up a free month trial of groove music and get 3 months free via code through the xbox messaging system. I have not received my code for the 3 months and it has been well over 30 days. I need my 3 month free code for groove music
like stated in the offer.

I am also elegible for several free months of Groove Music Pass after following the steps of a promo I saw on my Xbox One, it ended up having me pay for 2-months of the Groove Music Pass instead of me getting the 1-month free trial+additional free months
of the pass. I contacted support, explained my situation, thoroughly checked my email accounts and Xbox messages and then they linked me to this forum and told me to explain it here. Also to mention I've spent $20 on the passes, when I shouldn't have spent
anything according to the promo. I started my first pass on August 13th and it renewed on September 26.

I'm still waiting on some info. Got charged for this month. Hoping that ill get the 3 months free plus the 2 months free for purchasing a pass before Oct. 17th like the current promotion states.

 

Been nearly 3weeks and haven't heard anything also been charged it September and October
