31, 2017. You've waited for the code until your subscription got renewed

and there's no 3 months codes.

3 months code for Groove

Hi, one month ago there was promotion that if I sign up for Groove music subscription I will receive code for three months of Groove music for free. One month and one day passed since I sign up for subscription and still no email with 3 months code. How
long will it take?

I signed up to Groove Music a month ago but have yet to receive my promo code for 3 additional months free and my subscription ended last week. Thanks!

According to the terms and conditions of the Groove Music Labor Day promotion.

"* Offer valid 12:00 AM PT August 29, 2017 until 12:00 AM PT September 5, 2017 or while supplies last. For new subscribers only. Valid in the US, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Mexico. Sign up for a 30-day Groove Music Pass at $9.99 and we
will send you two tokens within 30 days, each good for an additional 3 months of music at no charge (6 months total). Credit card required. Upon completion of the promotional period, membership will be automatically billed as specified at signup unless cancelled.
Tokens expire October 31, 2017 and must be redeemed before that date. Token codes may be used by original recipient or transferred to another eligible user. Token codes may only be redeemed once. Limit 2 token codes per person."

This would indicate that you can not have previously used a Groove Music, Xbox Music or Zune Music Pass previously on the account, since this was a promotion for new customers. The investigative teams have determined that you were not eligible for this promotion
based on the terms and conditions listed and would need to contact Xbox Support for any refunds. You can contact Official Xbox Support through either the live chat option (if available) or phone team

Just to clarify, did you purchase a month of Groove with a credit card or did you redeem a prepaid one month Groove code? If you purchased a month, your best bet would be to reach out to
Groove Support via their Support page.The 'Contact Us' options can be found near the bottom of that page.

If you redeemed a prepaid one month Groove code, unfortunately you will not qualify for this promotion. Per the

Groove promotional page, in order to qualify for the 3 complimentary months of Groove, you had to have purchased one month at $9.99.

Hi,

I signed up for groove music in August as there was a 3 month free. I have now paid for groove for the last 2 months and haven't got my code?.

Please can you advise as this seems like false advertising to me......

From what I remember, one was for a pre order add on for mafia 3, 2 ea access codes and a 3 month code for groove music. I didn't redeem any of these.
