    I got Discord Nitro and it gave me a code to redeem on this page: microsoft.com/redeem

    or this page when I asked A forum: redeem.microsoft.com

    I got an error trying to redeem it in both pages saying to (Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page.)

    This page told me that the problem might be that my account does
    not reach eligibility requirements. and told me to contact support, support didn't work...

    is there a way I can fix this eligibility problem?

    The offer their referring to is the opposite ,you can get 3 months of Game Pass Ultimate from having Discord Nitro. They are not trying to redeem a code for Nitro.
