so trawling through the answered and unanswered parts if this forum as the Xbox rewards Twitter just says to post here but they haven't answered anyone who's asked about this issue...surely I'm not the only one who is pretty annoyed at this.

What Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer Games should do in Modern Warfare 3.

They should get a real CM. Not 402 who ignored the community 3 months after release. Not 402 who refused to post on his own companie's website (IW.com). They should give everyone who bought MW2 3 free months of ELITE service to say "sorry for abandoning
you and thank you for coming back."

It's not being ignored. It just happened to happen at the start of a weekend and support is not here through the weekend.

KI Pin Ultimate Edition discussion and support thread

Why is it so f'ing hard to get an answer about these pins? I asked Mike Robbles and Rukizzel and you never get an answer. They won't tell you why we are a month behind, why there is no new challenges, or information about pins. They are purposefully ignoring
questions about this and it's rude and inconsiderate. I spent money on this so I can get pins every month. Money that I'm giving you. The least you could do is answer some questions and not ignore your customer base. I wish there was someone to complain to
about this but that'd probably just get ignored as well.
