3 month promotion code not sent

I had talked to Billy M. And he had told me to make a post as my 3 month code hasn't been sent and it was part of a promotion. And this is meant to be a post for the promotion team to respond

I am missing my 3 month xbox live membership

I bought a 3 month xbox live subscription through a promotion on Microsoft In January . I was supposed to receive a token on March 15th that included an additional 3 months of xbox live. I have not received anything yet and The Microsoft support team sent
me here to post my issue and that I would be contacted through the Sales and Promotion team with my code for the 3 months of xbox live.

I also did not receive a Rocket League code

I bought 3 months of Xbox Live gold during the time the Rocket League promotion was going on. I was first told that codes would take 1 week to be sent out then I was later told by @XboxSupport on Twitter that the code would be sent by July 31st. July 31st
has come and gone but I have not received any code. I got on a chat with support and they sent me to post here. I would appreciate it if someone could take a look because I would not have bought that 3 months had it not been for the promo. I should have
just bought the 3 months from Amazon where people got the codes instantly. This promotion was handled very poorly from the very start with a lack of details and inconsistent answers given on when people would receive codes.

Codes for this promotion are still being sent out in waves, and all eligible participants will receive their code by the end of this month (codes are sent out 30 days after the conclusion of the promotion). Be sure to check back
in if you don't receive a code by the end of the month!

I purchased on June 15 and still have not received the free three months either. Terms and conditions said 10 business days until I receive the code. It has been well over this. I have contacted various customer service reps with always being told they
cannot help me and sending me to different reps. I even contacted via Twitter for help. No resolution yet.

I just did another support chat, and it seems they are becoming somewhat aware of the issue.

After mentioning the run around users have been getting, and requesting for the issue to be escalated I was able to provide info to get sent off to a dedicated team looking into this. I'd recommend opening another support chat session and requesting the
same. Hopefully this will be the final thing necessary before it's resolved.

As what I have in my resources here, it seems that you were not the only player who encountering this delay. No worries dear customer, your account is healthy is and safe. We are just facing delays this due to Microsoft on going update for better future resolutions.
