3-Month Groove Music Token Expired?

The codes for this promotion did expire on September 1st, so that is correct. Unfortunately since this promotion has expired and we're not able to replace expired or lost tokens, we don't have the ability to replace this token with a new one. Please don't
post tokens on the forums as well, since they are public anyone could try to snatch and redeem the code.

Because you got this through the web promotion, we are unable to assist here on the Xbox side of things. We are only able to support issues with this promotion if they were purchased through the console. Purchasing through the web gets an email sent to customers,
