3 month groove music pass subscription - Token has expired

Hi I got a 3 free months of groove music pass, but when I try to redeem the code, I get "This token has expired and cannot be redeemed."

Looking at the fine print in the email, it says "Offer valid until 12:00 AM GMT November 1, 2017 or while supplies last. Codes for additional free months must be redeemed by December 15, 2017. "

The code is [Mod Removed]

I spoke with several help desk people on chat, and they suggested that I post here. Please let me know next steps.

Groove Music not got 3 month free code

During the first 30 days, customer will receive a token for 3 months of Groove Music Pass at no charge. Tokens will be delivered to subscriber via email or Xbox message center.

I signed up to the trail but didn't get the token for 3 months of Groove Music Pass within the 30 days

Groove Music - Labor Day Promo - 2x 3 months tokens not received

Hi,

I've purchased on 3rd of September a month worth of Groove Music Pass in conjunction with Labor Day Promo, as stated in the description of the promo I was supposed to receive 2 tokens, each worth of 3 months Groove Music, but unfortunately until now I have
not received them yet.

"Sign up for a 30-day Groove Music Pass at $9.99 and we will send you two tokens within 30 days, each good for an additional 3 months of music at no charge (6 months total)."

Billing support has advised me to post here, to make sure that those tokens are delivered.

The codes for this promotion did expire on September 1st, so that is correct. Unfortunately since this promotion has expired and we're not able to replace expired or lost tokens, we don't have the ability to replace this token with a new one. Please don't
post tokens on the forums as well, since they are public anyone could try to snatch and redeem the code.
