    3 Month Groove Music pass code NOT received


    I purchased the Groove music pass subscription during the promo event in July. I was promised a code that would grant me 3 free months. I have not received said code. I haven contacted support about this and was told a code would be sent on August 27. It
    is now August 30 and i have not received the code. I contacted support again, but was directed to this forum. Where is my code? I did not purchase the music pass to be burned by a false advertisement.

    Couple clarification questions so we can look into things further.

    1. When did you purchase the subscription?
    2. Was it via the Xbox One dashboard or via email?

    From what I remember, one was for a pre order add on for mafia 3, 2 ea access codes and a 3 month code for groove music. I didn't redeem any of these.

    now over 4 weeks, bye bye Groove, Apple Music gave me 3 months free no messing around with illusive codes. Pity.

    Hi,

    I signed up for groove music in August as there was a 3 month free. I have now paid for groove for the last 2 months and haven't got my code?.

    Please can you advise as this seems like false advertising to me......

    I can't seem to redeem my free 3 months groove music pass. When i try to redeem it, all i get is "Something went wrong" and then an error code. This is the error code-

    The promotion was between the 16-30 of June on the home page on my Xbox one .it says that new member that join for Groove music pass will get free 3 months after they finish the first free month.
