3 month gold renewal (free month offer) HAVE NOT RECEIVED free month

Had offer on xbox.com in drop down menu for 3 months (+ one month free)

Renewed for 3 month on the 11/13/2018

Only applied 3 months no extra. Contacted support 3 times and they said you will message code for month.

No code, so they then said post on here. been on chat for total of over 2 hours and they cant just issue a one month code?

WHERE IS EXTRA MONTH?

Been Gold for 10 years paying £40 to renew every year and don't even get offers on renewal. Loyalty????

If this isn't sorted I am cancelling and requesting refund. Have PS4 too so will just sell the xbox.

1) The free games with gold will be available to you as long as you have gold membership

2) With free games with gold you can get 2 games for xbox 360 and 2 games with xbox one every month

3) The payment depends from the form you prefer: 1 month renewal, 3 months renewal, yearly renewal

I'm not sure if I fully understand what you wrote, but I think I get it. Are you going from Xbox Live Silver(Free) to Xbox Live Gold and they are offering a free 1 month trial? If so, then if you take the 1 month Gold free trial, afterwards it will auto
renew for another month of Xbox Live Gold which would be at a rate of $9.99 per month. Now if you don't want it to renew. You can take the free trial and then contact Xbox Support at 1-800-4MYXBOX and have them remove your credit card to stop the auto renew.

Sometimes it gets a while before getting the code in your inbox.

Is unfortunate but eventually you will get your code.

Still nothing received and the deals that I see people are getting on their dash is really insulting to 10 year plus subscribers.

3 months for £6!

3 months for £6 + 1000 v bucks!

1 month for £1!

12 months for £26!

I asked support for a better deal when 10 years straight expired and they couldn't do anything. I was not going to renew.

I then saw the poor offer of 3 months + 1 month free and wanted to play BFV so I bought.

DIDN'T get the 1 month free and still HAVE NOT recieved the free month.

Nice way to treat your loyal customers MS.

Like Gaming boy said, A lot of the promotional offers are available to new members only with no history of Xbox Live, I would check the fine print to make sure you're eligible. Do you have the link for it by chance?

log on to your new account and look on the dashboard,somewhere there will be a join gold advert.

Xbox Gold offers access to free games every month, for example this months free games were Forza Horizon 2, Dead Space 3, and For Honor which are all pretty awesome games depending on your play style. But that's also only for this month, each month comes
with free games for Gold users. I got Metal Gear Solid and Vanquish for free also not long ago. You also get some pretty good discounts in the store for some awesome games. Which if you take advantage of you'll get more than your money back. They also offer
sales on gold memberships too at times which definitely help the wallet lol

no need to buy anything to get the free month just a card that can charge for the first month after the free gold month unless you turn off auto renew before it does that.
