Hi

I have been sent an offer on my Xbox.

Extend 3 months gold at 50% off plus 1000 Apex coins free, yet the 3 month gold price is NOT half price it is still £14.99. Am I missing something here.

Well i dont have that problem the problem i have is apex gave you free 1,000 coins i accidentally deleted the message

Also had an email stating renew your Subscription.

Just give it more time, If you do not see the coins by that date go ahead and let us know so we can further assist.
