Hello, I bought a 3 month gold 40% discount plus, get a bonus GTA$5000,000 in GTA online on Xbox Live and there's an box that says "We'll send the bonus GTA$ code to your Message Center when you go gold" but here's the thing I never got an message center
with the code for the GTA$ bonus all I just got was the gold and nothing else.

ive been waiting since the 12th september and still not recieved my code for gta money

 

Man I thought I was the only one hope they will fix this issue

 

It generally takes a few weeks to receive the codes from promotions.

 

Damn...my cousin just got it today and was wondering what happened with the codes...

Qualified accounts will get it by November 2, 2017, they will receive a message through their Message Center containing a 5x5 code for a GTA:V Bull Shark Cash Card and a redeem link.

 

Shouldn't this be stated in the promotion? No where did it say that we would have to wait 6 weeks (half of the gold period) to receive the code. "When you go gold" implies right when you buy the product. Terrible marketing.

 

The terms and conditions for dashboard promotions are shown on the bottom of the ad before you make the purchase.

 

I was told i would receive the code within 48 hours... ITS ALMOST BEEN A WEEK

Yo me too SoulWarriorXB1, I literally just bought it too and still haven't found anything. I swear if xbox doesn't send the codes to anyone imma sauce it out the window

 

Same exact problem here. Both me and my brother bought this and never got our GTA$ code. It is a scam to offer this, and not give us the promotional offer that was advertised initially.
