3 month game pass for $10

Am I the only one that finds it ridiculous that Xbox sends out deals like the 3 month game pass for $10 but you aren't included because you are already a loyal customer? Seriously, don't include me on the e-mail if I'm not eligible. I re-joined game pass
because I thought we'd get 3 months for $10. Now that I've joined and paid the $10, I figured out that it's not for 3 months. It's only for 1 because I'm already a customer. Ugh!

If you're talking about the current Ultimate Game Sale 3 months of Game Pass for $10, I believe it's for new subscribers only.

Missing reward points

I bought 5 games and a season pass last month 2 of the games were included in the summer spotlight wich got me 4k reward points the other 3 games and season pass I have not recieved reward points for wich is priced over £100 I am vip star 5 and a gold member
so should be receiving 10% on the 3 games and season pass but recieved no reward points for them

I frequently get deals that are for new customers. I frequently learn about upcoming Games With Gold releases that I already own. It would be nice if messages were more targeted based on your active subscriptions, but that also might be considered a bit
invasive, too.

Everyone offers special promotions to get new subscribers. This is not a new thing as it has been going on forever.

I don’t mind that they target new customers but it would be nice if they throw out a loyalty bone once in a while. This isn’t just MS though. I also subscribe to Netflix and have been with the WWE network since day one (when sub numbers were pretty low
for a while) and have never gotten anything. Doesn’t even have to be free, just give us a discount.

I wouldn’t expect anything, but say you were a renewing customer then a discount would be cool for renewing. It’d be a way to keep you buying it.
