Hi I was wanting to purchase the 3 months of gold for 11.99 promotion I was offered last night on my dashboard but there was a complication with the auto renew feature of my live subscription and I had to be issued a refund that I'm still waiting on I
was told by your customer support team that you can reissue said promotion

I completed the 6 spooky games achievements for the oct game pass promotion and recieved nothing .what gives.

Because the 2 month promotion is a special thing. There is normally no 2 month gold subscription. Only 1 month, 3 months, and 12 months.

Unfortunately there is no way to make the promotion show up again. They do show up at random and refresh on the dashboard, so all you can do is keep an eye out to see if it shows up again.

I have the 3 month promotion on my screen for 9.99 but when I click the pro it goes to the 9.99 a month and I talked to support lastnight and That dont kno y its doin it

Yes you can, what this does is;

2 Months (Promotion) - This will go after 2 months of purchasing it.

After the 2 Month Promotion has run out, It will expire, and automatically continue on gold.

(Once you have used your 2 month promotion, it will expire and go straight on to the 3 month, it will not go away or anything.)

Let's try troubleshooting this issue by following these steps. Let me know how it works out for you!

1.) Let's make sure that the power brick is plugged directly into the wall outlet and not into a surge protector/power strip so that the console can get the power that it needs. If you had just plugged it directly into the wall outlet, let's now check to
see if the console is still powering on. If that still doesn't work, let's try step number 2.

2.) Let's go to Settings>Power & Startup>Power mode & startup>Change Power mode to Energy Savings and now let's see if the console is still turning on by itself.
