3 different Headphones dont work

I did all of this and it didnt work... so I tried like 3 differents mic and nothing... but i tried with my last headphone which have a mic and it worked... I really dont understand... I mean the 3 mic that I tried before work perfectly fine but not on my
xbox... isn't that weird...

Something could be wrong with the controller's headphone port. Try using a different pair of headphones with the same controller and see if that works.

The Articus 3 is a 3rd party product that is not supported on Support.Xbox.Com. Please contact the manufacturer, Steelseries for additional support in resolving your issue with the headset. Click this link and there is a "contact us" at the top of the page, select that and select "Troubleshooting My Product or Software" and the next prompt should allow you to select which issue you are experiencing.
