Discus and support 3 different Headphones dont work in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have tried 3 didferent aux and usbc headphones Tried to update my controller Hard reset my xbox and everything i can think of Nothing- none of...     3 different Headphones dont work


    I have tried 3 didferent aux and usbc headphones

    Tried to update my controller

    Hard reset my xbox and everything i can think of

    Nothing- none of the headphones work

    Is this an internal issue?

    Only thing i can think of is a bluetooth headset now

    If it has been updated it's not a software problem, it's a hardware problem.

    The joystick has a 90-day warranty, microsoft does not carry out out-of-date repairs.

    mic don't want to pic up sound

    I did all of this and it didnt work... so I tried like 3 differents mic and nothing... but i tried with my last headphone which have a mic and it worked... I really dont understand... I mean the 3 mic that I tried before work perfectly fine but not on my

    Something could be wrong with the controller's headphone port. Try using a different pair of headphones with the same controller and see if that works.

    The Articus 3 is a 3rd party product that is not supported on Support.Xbox.Com. Please contact the manufacturer, Steelseries for additional support in resolving your issue with the headset. Click this link and there is a "contact us" at the top of the page, select that and select "Troubleshooting My Product or Software" and the next prompt should allow you to select which issue you are experiencing.
