    I have been chat banned for talking back the guy that has sent me hate mail after killing him on fortnite. he has spoken about my mom and it just made me mad so I let em have it but I get the ban for talking back to him it is really unfair for this ban,
    there is so many kids that do this and no one does anything about it

    Why can't we be able to contact xbox support for wrongfully bans, I was in a game a week ago on Halo Infinite and a child got mad at me for beating him and I told him to get better and somehow he got me comm banned for a week just because I won a match on a game and someone got a little too mad.

    Bell technical support can also advise you of the UPnP status.
