    Don't worry. It has like 4 inputs

    so you are able to use the Kinect so make sure you have that adapter for the OneS and you will be fine.

    Try a hard reset of the xbox hold the home button for 8 seconds till it completely shuts off and unplug the xbox for 5 minutes then forget your network and try reconnecting

    Interesting question! I planned on getting the x months ago, but if it doesn't have Kinect ports, I don't know. I'm not going to break my kids hearts by telling them that the Kinect or Skylanders days are over. No NCAA 14 backwards compatibility is the final
    nail, and I will keep my One and buy a refurbished 360.

    Are you using the Xbox 360 with Kinect, or do you have an Xbox One with Kinect 2?

    Also do you have an original Xbox One with Kinect directly connected to the console, or a Xbox One S or X with a separate Kinect Adapter to connect Kinect to your S or X console?

    If you have an external Kinect adapter for S or X consoles, what color is the light on the adapter?

    Kinect Support for XBox One X

    The Kinect will work on the Xbox One X. It just needs the adapter. Assuming it's the right adapter, then it should work fine with Kinect games and voice commands.

    The Kinect is definitely not built into the Xbox One S or X. That saleman was misinformed.

    No Xbox 360 games that require the Kinect for Xbox 360 sensor are back-compatible. All Xbox One titles that require or use Kinect for Xbox One will work with Xbox One X provided the user has the required Kinect Adapter for Xbox One S/X models.
