    X box one is a huge waist of money. What a piece of crap. Buy PS 4 instead. I am done with xbox. Far to complicated to ever run consistently and no support for a permanent fix. It is at the bottom of the list for game consoles. It will make a good target
    though.

    I will try and help you as i have the same issue every day.

    Turn router on off twice quickly.

    Then once back on go to test multiplayer connection on your xbox once finished hold LT RT RB LB once down wait then press A your nat should be open works every time for me
