Can't connect to live! (can connect to 2wire, but not from 2wire to internet.)

What happened was I was playing Black Ops and than all the sudden I get signed out off xbox live. When I run the trouble shooting thing I connect to the 2wire, but when it runs the second test (2wire to internet) it doesn't work. Both my laptop connect to
the same 2wire and they are fine. The thing said it was something to do with my MTU, so I moved my xbox about 20 feet closer to my 2wire. I have reset my 2wire and xbox about a million times each but it still doesn't work.

    Error codes:

    W 0000 - 0021

    X 0000 - F009

    Y 0000 - 0000

    Z 0000 - 0000

    ID 0003 - 0001

    L 8015 - 1919

    Q 8007 - 0435

    2wire model: HomePortal 1000SW

Any help or insight to the problem would help.

    xbl multiple disconnects per hour

Oh, I should add, Metro Detroit area, UVerse service. Standard 2wire 3800-HGV-B router. Speed and ping tests show excellent results.

In good news, I'm cautiously optimistic that I found the problem with my setup. All that debugging and testing, and I think it was just a bad port on my 2wire router. I tested the cable with my cable tester from work instead of plugging in a different
machine, so I never tested the SWITCHPORT. Duh. What a silly oversight. I switched ports around, and my XBox made it through a couple Netflix shows without disconnecting. (I was getting dumped every 5-10 minutes before.) And also had better bandwidth.
I'll have to tie up the loose ends, and figure out a way to talk AT&T into giving me a new 2wire router, but I hope that was all that was up.

No no no. 2wire meaning the modem brand, a brand like Sony, Ubee, etc. 2wire is a brand name for a certain type of modem.
