    It's a bug relating to a character model (bones are used to create model joints). Too many for the engine to handle results in a crash.

    Go to account.microsoft.com and sign in.

    You can also check transaction history:

    Sign in to your Microsoft account. You may be prompted to enter a security code.
    At the top, select Payment & billing > Order history.
    For more details, select Details in the transaction.
