2Wire: Pre-Ordered 3 Games and haven't received my 15,000 Reward Points

Virtually every quarter, pre-orders have their own promotion that run and typically reward 15,000 reward points for pre-ordering 3 eligible titles. Unless you are a 5 Star MyVip member and receive the full 10% back then that promotion is worth more than
you would get if you just pre-ordered them at received MyVip % back.

If the top of the promotion (showing the 1-2-3 = 15,000) does not have a "punch" or green mark in it AND it has been over 96 hours then the staff will have to review. However, keep in mind that you will not receive points just for pre-ordering that title.
You must complete the offer (purchasing 3 digital titles) in order to receive the 15,000 reward points. The purchases must all take place during the offer period (01/01/17 to 03/31/17), be digital, and be a "pre-order".

The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically takes 1-2 business days to reply. They do not work weekends.

I preordered the disc and I haven't received my Banjo Kazooie code or my 15,000 rewards points yet

That promotion had a few requirements to receive the full 15,000 rewards. In order to receive the 15,000 rewards you needed to purchase the physical disc from microsoftstore.com on/after March 7th and it had to be the most expensive version of the game (Gold?).
Upon shipment the rewards are deposited up to 15 days later.

If you pre-ordered the physical disc of the base game it was worth 10,000 and the deluxe version was 12,000.

Digital versions of Ghost Recon was not eligible.

Hey LongBowMaster did you pre-order the game with the bonus of 15,000 M$ points? I'm wondering if the code they sent us is the code for $10 (10,000 M$ points) that Non Xbox Live Gold members get for a pre-order of this game & that the code was mistakenly
sent to us but it's invalid because we will be receiving 15,000 M$ points in January. Sorry if that makes no sense.
