    PUBG Refund? They are denying me and this game runs like absolute trash on my Xbox one.

    They need to lighten up on their return policy. It's not very consumer friendly.

    100% agreed. If they want to really push digital, then they need to have a consumer-friendly return policy because at the moment it's anything but.

    i go with GameStop for my xbox needs. they are great with their items and they offer a free 30 day warranty and their extended warranties are very reasonable. i never had a issue with any of their warranties or their trade in and return policies.
