    i need help because I've been communication band and multiplayer band for no reason with no email

    I have been communication band and multiplayer band for new reason I never received an email or a message from Xbox about this and I have done nothing wrong to receive a band and if I were to be communication band I would not be able to speak and party
    all game chat but be allowed to play multiplayer games but I can't even play multiplayer games

    I got harassment band

    I have not been on my Xbox all summer yeah I'm harassment band and communication banned I would like to get unbanned because I have done nothing wrong and somehow I have been banned on all my accounts which is not possible cause I only use one account
    and I'm not Consol band because I didn't receive a message please unban me I have done absolutely nothing wrong.

    Hi there,

    since this is a game specific ban you will need to contact the creators/producers of the game.

    You could try to go to the forums here:
    forums.forzamotorsport.net/.../ShowForum.aspx

    to find out the reason etc.

    Xbox Support cant do anything about it, since it is a game specific ban

    My Xbox store purchase receipts are being sent to an email address that is not associated with my account. Anyway to fix this?

    There's nothing to alter. His email address has never been connected to my account. It doesn't show up anywhere in my Microsoft account or on my Xbox. The only primary email my account has ever had is my email address.

    Unless you mean I should just change my primary address to another email entirely?
