    I am getting really frustrated. At first I would occasionally get booted to the desktop instead of the ad playing - but I could start over. Now I can't play any of the games - daily challenges, the tournaments - nothing. It looks like the game is either
    going to start or an ad will play then it just sits at a white screen. I have tried all of the solutions in the discussion boards but it still doesn't work.

    White Screen of Death

    I can no longer get the Microsoft Solitaire Collection to work on my Win 10 desktop. It goes to a completely white screen with no options for change on the screen.

    Getting white screen

    When I pull up the Microsoft Solitaire Collection, it all goes good except once I click on the game I want to play all I get is a white screen.

    Hey there!

    Sorry to hear about the white screen troubles. When you get a chance, please give the following steps a try:

    Visit "settings" by searching under the start menu

    Select Apps

    Under "apps and features" find the Microsoft Solitaire Collection app and click on it

    Select "Advanced Options"

    Select "reset"

    Let us know how it goes :)
