    I have been playing games on Xbox live for a few days now and now none of my games work on Xbox live! It says my account is not allowed or something like that. What can I do to fix it?

    This is ridiculous. Been having connection issues for two days now and it keeps getting worse. Cutting off in the middle of game and then losing coins that was spent to play.!!!!!!

    Hi TattieTrueB1ue,

    Sorry you're having issues logging into your dashboard. Per the service alerts I do not see anything that would be keeping you from logging in. I would first suggest trying a hard reset. With your Xbox on, hold the power button down for 5-10 second until
    the console quickly turns off. Then power the console back on (expect a longer boot time). After you do that, sign in and see if you get any error message. If you're still having issues verify your network connection to Xbox Live. To do this, press menu on
    your controller and go to settings. Then select Network. Then select Test Network Connection, and see if everything checks out okay.
